This is to confirm that we securely hold members’ names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses on a computer database.

This information will have been provided by each member when they join or subscribe to the The Friends of the The Village Surgeries Patient Participation Group.

We use this database to inform subscribers to the email list of forthcoming events we organize. The information is also used for the purpose of contacting members and for sending newsletters and any other communication relating to the The Friends of the The Village Surgeries Patient Participation Group. Email broadcasts informing members all have an unsubscribe link should you not wish to receive them.

Members’ data will never be passed to or sold to any other organisation.

Every member has the right at any time to contact The Friends of the Village Surgeries Patient Participation Group and request their data to be removed from their records.
