Our noses are precious parts of our body; 99.9% of the time we ignore them and let them get on with their critical work; but just occasionally (perhaps more regularly if snoring is involved!) things can go wrong and we need medical attention.
These are the common signs that we may need to take some action:
~ A runny nose
~ Persistent stuffiness
~ Postnasal drip
~ Decreased or absent sense of smell
~ Loss of sense of taste
~ Facial pain or headache
~ Pain in your upper teeth
~ A sense of pressure over your forehead and face
~ Snoring
~ Nosebleeds
Our Consultant, Mr Samit Unadkat, shared with us the symptoms to look out for and the treatments that are involved.
